Family Her late father, John, was a bookmaker, her mother, Mary, was a teacher and she has one sister, Niamh. Lucinda grew up in Claremorris, Co Mayo, but now lives in Dublin with her husband, Fine Gael Senator Paul Bradford.
Before Politics Lucinda was a very early starter in politics with young Fine Gael and working for the Democratic Party in New York during her student years. She has a law degree from Trinity College, is qualified as an Attorney for the State of New York and was called to the Irish Bar in 2005.
Outside of the Office Lucinda has run the Dublin Marathon and plays tennis.
