'I have no head for heights'
Matt Cooper, Today FM current affairs broadcaster
'My biggest fear is heights. Here at Today FM, we have a big balcony outside quite far from the ground and I hate peering over the edge. I went to a match at Lansdowne Road once and it was my worst nightmare -- my seat was in the corner of the front row with a big drop down. There was a strong wind blowing which didn't help and I was absolutely terrified. Sometimes I have actual nightmares about heights where I wake up in a sweat, petrified that I'm falling. I have a degree of fear of flying too which I suppose stems from my fear of heights in part. But I would consider this an absolutely rational fear since it's not natural to be flying around in the sky in a cylindrical tube at breakneck speeds."
