A Boeing 737's nail-biting near-miss has been captured on film at Prague's Václav Havel Airport.

Posted by YouTube user Radko Našinec, the video appears to show a Boeing 737-430 rocked by crosswinds seconds before landing.

"Great recovery from pilots!" the YouTuber writes.

After its right, and then left, wings almost scrap the runway, the Boeing takes-off again to circle for another (thankfully successful) landing attempt.

Crosswinds make for some stomach-churning YouTube videos, but in reality, pilots deal with them on a regular basis.

A common technique for dealing with landings in such conditions involves pointing the aircraft nose into the wind on the final approach, before rounding to align the plane parallel with the runway for the landing itself.

Published last week, Našinec's video has racked up 2.7m views.
