Turkish Airlines' latest ad sees Lionel Messi and Didier Drogba in a race to find the most delicious food on the planet.
The ad, which has netted over 10 million views since it was posted last Friday, sees the superstars flying around the globe in search of epic food experiences... with competitive - and immaculately edited - results.
The commercial hinges on the concept of food as a way to experience different cultures, highlighting several worldwide destinations that Turkish Airlines services, as well as its in-flight catering.
Ivory Coast striker Drogba - who plays for Chelsea in the Premier League, and has previously played for Galatasaray - is the airline's newest brand ambassador.
Messi has been with the airline for three years, bringing it enormous exposure.
An earlier video, featuring a 'Selfie Shoot-out' between Messi and basketball legend Kobe Bryant, has received an astonishing 139 million views.
Drogba donates all of his commercial income to The Didier Drogba Foundation, which is currently building a hospital in Abidjan, Ivory Coast that will be completed in 2015.
Dr. Temel Kotil, CEO of Turkish Airlines said:
"We pride ourselves on our strategic partnerships and couldn’t be more delighted that Didier is now part of the Turkish Airlines family.
"Both the UK and African markets are an important focus for us. Not only is Didier an iconic UK football star, but also his philanthropic efforts through the Didier Drogba Foundation mean a lot to us.
"For these reasons and more, he was the obvious choice to be the next face of the Turkish Airlines brand.”
