Ryanair's CEO shares his travel tales, from eating sheep's brains in Lebanon to packing his thermal undies for Glasgow...

Where have you just been?

In the last two days, Edinburgh, Cyprus and Milan.

What’s your favourite city?

Mullingar, centre of the universe.

What three things do you never leave home without?

Passport, cash and my Ryanair mobile app.

Dressing for the plane: style or comfort?

Always stylish, smart and tailored! Armani, Prada, Hugo Boss anyone?

What’s the weirdest thing you’ve eaten overseas?

Sheep’s brains in Lebanon and bull’s testicles in Morocco. Yummy!

What destination exceeded your expectations?

Skiing anywhere (but especially in Aspen).

What destination didn’t?

Every beach I’ve ever been on.

Ever had a holiday romance?

I never had a holiday until the honeymoon. Does the honeymoon qualify?

What three songs would you include on a travel playlist?

Besides our on-time arrival jingle?

1) You’re So Vain (Carly Simon)

2) Oh Lord It’s So Hard To Be Humble (Mac Davis)

3) Blue Moon (Man City)

What’s your next trip?

Glasgow and Poland this week, bringing more new routes and great service to Europe’s customers – while wearing my thermal undies!
