A Delta plane skidded off the runway at New York's LeGuardia Airport during a snowstorm today.
Flight 1086 from Atlanta is reported to have skidded off the left of the runway, crashing through a fence, and coming to a halt before passengers could disembark.
All passengers have been removed from the plane with only minor injuries following the emergency, according to reports.
The incident occurred at around 11am local time.
"Customers deplaned via aircraft slides," Delta said in a statement.
Port authority officials and the NY Fire Department were reported to be at the scene in the immediate aftermath of the crash, with at least one passenger showing footage of the scene on social media.
LeGuardia Airport was shut down after the incident, officials said, with passengers transferring to the terminal on buses.
"Our priority is ensuring our customers and crew members are safe," the airline said. "Delta will work with all authorities and stakeholders to look into what happened in this incident," it added.
