Ryanair has launched its fifth flash sale in less than a month, with seats on over 250 routes available from just €5.
The latest sale is available to book until midnight on Wednesday, November 25, with 100,000 €5 seats available for travel in December.
The sale includes 31 routes to/from Ireland, the airline says - including Dublin to Paris, Oslo, Nice, Edinburgh and Basel, among other destinations.
The €5 fares are showing on the airline's home page (ryanair.com) as we publish, but passengers can also find them by using the Fare Finder feature.
To see the sale routes, enter your departure airport, a destination of "anywhere", a budget of less than €10, and a travel period of December.
This summer, Chief Executive Michael O'Leary predicted the "mother and father" of airfare wars following IAG's €1.36 billion acquisition of Aer Lingus.
Since October 30, the airline has released around two million seats at sale fares ranging from €5 to €15 across its European network.
Other European airlines, taking advantage of low fuel prices and increased demand spurred by improving economies, are expected to follow suit.
Aer Lingus, for example, is this week offering UK flights from €19.99, European routes from €29.99 and Dublin to NYC from €249 each way.
Its offers must be booked by midnight on Thursday, November 26.
