Coasteering with Tubridy on The Wild Atlantic Way

Ryan Tubridy explored the West as part of the Tubridy2fm Wild Atlantic Way Wanderers tour which visited Westport, Rosses Point and Dunfanaghy. Here we see Tubridy’s group taken out on a coasteering activity.

Coasteering is adventure activity which involves traversing the rocky intertidal areas of a coastline. With some of the most spectacular, jagged coastline in the world, Ireland is a perfect location for the growing adventure sport of coasteering. Especially if the weather is good, and it looks like Ryan got lucky.

Coasteering is an invigorating way to enjoy the Irish landscape and experience it from a totally new perspective, however, it can be dangerous and appropriate safety gear and professional guides should always be used.
