Stena Line and Norwegian are jumping on the Paddy's day bandwagon with flash sales this weekend.
Stena Line is offering €2 single foot passenger fares to Britain - in a deal available to book from March 16-18 for travel to December 15.
The offer is available on a "limited number of sailings", it says, and punters can try their luck online at stenaline.ie/2eurodeal.
Meanwhile, low-cost airline Norwegian is offering 15pc off its game-changing transatlantic fares from Dublin, Cork and Shannon to the US.
Its four-day St. Patrick's Day sale is live until 11pm on Sunday, March 19, and passengers can book on norwegian.com/ie using STPADDY2017 as a discount code.
Though the famous €69 fares have long since disappeared, one-way tickets to New York-newburgh-Stewart were available from €100.90 as we publish.
Flights from Cork to Boston Providence are available from €126.40 each way, while flights from Shannon to the same airport start from €116.70 at sale rates.
The 15pc discount is calculated on 'net' fares, after taxes and charges.
Norwegian's new transatlantic routes, set to take off this July, went on to become the airline's "fastest selling routes ever", it says.
