The PR guru, who is celebrating 10 years in business, chats to Chloe Brennan about her favourite people, places and things.

The person

My parents. They instilled a strong work ethic and self belief in the five of us. They thought us to practice empathy and kindness in everything we do.

The memory

The Burrow, Rosslare Strand, Co Wexford, with all my cousins. My mum and her sisters would decamp to Rosslare every summer with the kids, dogs, and literally the kitchen sink. It was probably raining most days, but I only remember the good weather, and chips from the local chipper after a day on the beach.

The moment of the day

I'm an early bird, and I love nothing more than catching the sunrise at Red Rock in Sutton.

The song

It changes constantly, but right now it's After The Storm by Kali Uchis, featuring Tyler, The Creator, and Bootsy Collins.

The movie

The Green Mile - I love everything about it.

The book

The Wych Elm by Tana French.

The hero

I've known these two superheroes since junior school - Audrey Crawford, who is the country director for the Danish Refugee Council in Yemen; and Therese Coveney, who is currently setting up The Together Academy, which is an innovative new social enterprise providing certified educational and employment opportunities for adults with Down syndrome.

The outfit

Anything by Saloni - I love their dresses, and Anne in Costume [boutique in Dublin] always buys the best of the collection.

The accessory

Sunglasses.

The gadget

My iPhone, unfortunately.

The pet hate

Bad manners.

The friend

I'm lucky to have an amazing network of friends. We all grew up together, and I've known most of them since my first day at school.

The beauty product

Any product from the Biologique Recherche range.

The hotel

Hotel Du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, France.

The hobby

Finding new gyms. I'm constantly getting slagged, as I join as least two new gyms a quarter. I go all-in for two weeks, then move onto the next fad.

The advice

Never explain, never complain.

The drink

Guinness!

The bar

The Summit Inn, Howth.

The holiday

Antibes. I love how relaxed I feel as soon as I get off the flight in Nice. It's my second home, and the early morning market is my favourite part of the day. I will be retiring to the South of France.

The part of my body

My skin - Dawn from Floraison.ie has worked her magic.

The taste

Hot, freshly baked bread with lots of Kerrygold, and Superquinn sausages.

The celebrity

American actress, model, comedian, director and television host, Tracee Ellis Ross - I think she's cool, and I want her wardrobe.

The virtue

My early mornings, as I love getting a head start on the day.

The vice

Thinking every dog I see is a stray that needs to be rescued.

The smell

Sea air.
