My boyfriend, John. He's my best pal, and we have been together almost 13 years, so he's my childhood sweetheart.
I have the fondest memories of family holidays to Portugal when I was a kid. The five of us used to go every July during my birthday, and the hotel would always make such a fuss and leave a pretty birthday cake in my room.
The moment of the day
Just after dinner, when the wind-down begins. I love to go for a nice long walk just after we've finished eating, and head to Garrone, our favourite ice-cream parlour in Haarlem.
Follow the Sun, featuring Xavier Rudd, the Alex Cruz remix. Such an amazing summer tune! I've been listening to it on repeat.
I am a huge Marvel fan, so any and all of the Marvel movies are top of my list. Iron man or Thor, preferably!
Grinding It Out: The Making of McDonald's by Ray Kroc. If you're interested in business books, this one is a must. It's all about the McDonald's business and how he got started. But be warned - you will crave those fries as soon as you start reading it.
Iron man. He's the best avenger. I think I just love Robert Downey Junior.
Denim shorts and high-top Converse are my go-to staples. I wear them with a cool T, a shirt, or even my bikini top. Perfect for popping on for comfort and style.
I have two. I wear my Ray-Ban hexagonal sunglasses and my Celine necklace pretty much every day, so they are definitely my favourites.
My iPhone is permanently in my hand as I'm always on the go, answering emails, and taking photos - so because of this, I need my portable charger, too!
My sister, Christine, is my best friend. She's just one year younger then me, but we are super close.
The pet hate
Smelly food on public transport. I have the strongest sense of smell ever, and find certain food smells so intense. It sounds crazy, but anyone who knows me well will know I have a hyperactive sense of smell. While on holidays with friends, I could even smell a small fire had started on our boat before anyone else, so I guess it comes in handy sometimes.
I've been to so many amazing places in the world, and I'm so lucky I get to travel so often with the industry I'm in, but I have to say, the Cayman Islands are one of the most incredible places I've ever been to. They are absolutely paradise.
The beauty product
Mac Modesty lipstick is definitely my go-to. I've been wearing this shade for years. It's my all-time favourite nude lippy.
I love the Brehon in Killarney. Killarney would be one of my favourite places in Ireland, so I always try to go there at least once a year for a long weekend. It's such a beautiful part of the world, and the local bars and restaurants are amazing.
The piece of advice
Once I heard someone say, 'Their success does not mean your failure', and it stuck with me. It's just a little reminder that no matter how your friends and peers are doing, or how far they are progressing in life, your time will come too, and by someone else succeeding, it does not mean you are failing. Trust the magic of timings.
I really enjoy the vibe in 9 Below in the basement of the Hibernian Club, in Dublin. It's so cosy and secluded; you can really just relax and enjoy the company you're in. I also love small, traditional Irish pubs. Sometimes you just can't beat them.
The part of my body
Probably my lips. I'm really lucky to have naturally big lips, which I used to hate as a child. These days, they're such an iconic thing to have and people are going crazy for bigger lips, so I'm grateful to have them.
