My baby, Pia. She is so loving, caring and sweet, and she lights up our life. She's really funny too, and brings so much laughter to our home.

The memory

Walking up the aisle to marry Jamie. I couldn't wait to see him all morning, and being reunited at the top of the aisle is a moment I will never ever forget. He is my soulmate, and I feel so lucky to have such a supportive and loving husband.

The moment of the day

The moment I wake up. I feel so grateful for every day. Being diagnosed with cancer at a young age has given me great perspective on things. I always say Mondays aren't so bad when you've survived cancer.

The song

Fans by Kings of Leon. Jamie and I have been to so many Kings of Leon gigs, and their music reminds me of really happy times.

The movie

Any sort of old movie like Serendipity or When Harry Met Sally. I love them!

The book

What I Know For Sure by Oprah Winfrey. There are so many valuable lessons in it about acknowledgment and acceptance, which I now live by.

The hero

I have two. Jamie and my mum, Siobhan. They kept me so positive when I got sick, and one of them was always by my side. They never let me fall, and I'm forever grateful to them for helping me through it all.

The outfit

You can't beat a leather jacket and a pair of skinny jeans. I really like to be comfortable at all times!

The accessory

I love oversized sunglasses, and I think they can glam up any outfit.

The gadget

My Fitbit Versa. I've fallen in love with running - it really helps manage my anxiety and overall wellness. So my Fitbit is a great way to track my progress and keep me focused on my goals.

The pet hate

Rudeness. It doesn't take much to smile and say thank you.

The drink

Sparkling water with a slice of lemon.

The friend

Audrey Hamilton. She's the sister I never had. She's an artist, and recently moved home from LA. She makes me laugh like nobody else can. She is a ray of sunshine in my life, and I feel blessed to have her as my best friend.

The bar

I love the Shelbourne at Christmas.

The hobby

I've started going to a rebounding class with Audrey. We get to jump around to 1980s music for an hour a week.

The beauty product

I love Pestle & Mortar products. I used them a lot during chemotherapy, and I suppose my self-care journey started with them.

The holiday

We love Chatham in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, in the US, and have spent a lot of time there over the past few years. We love the way of life there- gorgeous beaches, beautiful seafood, and the people are just amazing. It's our happy place.

The hotel

Wequassett Resort in Cape Cod. It's where I felt Pia kick for the first time when I was 16 weeks pregnant. It was an incredibly special moment for me.

The piece of advice

Taking care of your body, no matter what your age, is an investment - Oprah Winfrey.

The part of my body

My legs. We love to hike and take part in parkruns as a family. They help keep my body and mind in check.
