My boyfriend, Yoseph. We fell in love when I was 19, and have been together for a decade. We spend most of our time laughing, but we steady each other when life's twists and turns happen. We adopted a rescue whippet named Remi together earlier this year. Yoseph has been such a positive, loving influence in my life, and I'm incredibly lucky.

The memory

I have a big family, so the times when we all get together in Galway are always the fondest memories. Christmases, birthdays - it doesn't matter the occasion. It just matters that we're all together; it's magic.

The moment of the day

Morning walks with my whippet, Remi. I mostly work from home, so getting out with her for a quick walk in fresh air is always the best way to start the day.

The song

Anything by Prince, he's my forever favourite. His music can make me dance, cry, laugh, you name it! His albums are some of the best soundtracks to my life.

The movie

When I want to laugh, it's Drop Dead Gorgeous - one of the most under-rated comedies, in my humble opinion. When I want a scare, it's The Shining. When I want to be soothed with pretty colours and music, it's an anime, like Tekkonkinkreet. If all else fails, Jurassic Park. I will never not enjoy that movie!

The book

The Call of the Wild by Jack London. I've loved it since I was eight, and have copies stashed everywhere.

The hero

My mum. Everyone thinks their mother is a saint - and well they should - but Rose is the kindest person I know. She's straight-talking and can fix any problem, while being endlessly caring and warm. I've learned so so much from her over the years, and she still surprises me with her strength.

The outfit

When I want to feel equal parts feminine and fierce, I wear a suit. It works for any occasion, be it an interview, event or date night. Lose the shirt, and wear just the blazer and trousers for added sass.

The hobby

Scuba diving. It's something I only get to do once a year if I'm lucky, but my goodness, do I love being under the water! I'm a certified advanced open-water diver along with my sister, Briona, and we've done night dives, deep dives, cavern dives, and wreck dives in some beautiful parts of the world. We're both determined to make it to Jamaica to dive with the whale sharks soon.

The accessory

My late grandmother's ring. I was her goddaughter, and I adored her. It never leaves my hand, and it makes me feel like she's still here, watching the madness and laughing along.

The beauty product

Chanel's Soleil Tan De Chanel. It's sunshine in a pot. I like to restock when I'm in the airport, as it's tax-free.

The gadget

My iPhone. Cliched as it sounds, it's permanently attached to my hand, except for when I'm out walking with Remi and when I am spending quality time with Yos. I still use a desktop computer to edit videos, but 90pc of my work happens on my phone, so it's an essential.

The pet hate

People who are quick to judge others. Passing judgment is such an intrinsic human thing to do, but I try my hardest never to pass judgment on anyone, as I'll never walk in their shoes. Adopting that attitude has enriched my life so much. I don't like seeing others do it, but it's not my place to judge the judgers, either. See what I'm getting at here? I know I'm sounding like a fortune cookie, but ultimately, no one is better or worse than anyone. We're all just trying our best in our own way, with what we have. Judgment is pointless; it serves the ego and nothing else.

The friend

I'm blessed to have a few truly great friendships in my life, and it's something I cherish even more as years pass. I've known, Katie, one of my closest friends, since preschool. We've been causing trouble together since we were six, and have no intention of stopping any time soon.

The holiday

I went to Mexico with my sister, Briona, two years ago. We spent three weeks on, in, or under the water! We went scuba diving around the cenotes [underground caves] in Tulum and in the open water. It was bliss.

The piece of advice

The law of attraction taught me that everything starts from within. The thoughts you think and the emotions you project, they shape your whole world and your experiences in it. Create a happy, positive space within yourself, and that will manifest itself on the outside.
