Fitbit Flex

Fitbit are the shiz - and they know it! Success is definitely on the cards for their newest enhancement. The Fitbit Flex, above, €90, has been slimmed down, given a removable tracker and interchangeable bands - don't get too matchy-matchy with the outfits, now!

Fitbit have also accessorised beautifully, if you'd prefer an alternative to a traditional band. Elegant bangles, and pendant necklaces are a nice alternative to the bands' sporty look.

Fit and fab - a perfect description for what the modern world demands of us. At least this will help us get there.

EVB sports Leggings

If you have jumped on the (admittedly positive) gym bandwagon, or joined yoga in an attempt to find out what pranayama means, EVB sports Leggings, above, €89.95, might be a helpful addition to your workout wardrobe. With lower back and perineum support, you'll do as little damage as possible while you climb the ladder to (potential) fitness goddess.

Payot Fresh Ultra Performance, below, €35, is a must if you suffer with heavy legs, or you just need a pep in your step after a workout.

The relaxing leg-and-foot cream with centella asiatica extracts soothes the skin, leaving it feeling refreshed. It also delivers a long-lasting sense of lightness to heavy legs, swollen ankles and tired feet. It's available in pharmacies nationwide and from payot.ie

Triona's trick

Here's a wacky, or, eh, tacky trick to try! Remember those pore strips that were popular in 2000? Well the 2017 trend is to use non-toxic children's glue to do the job. For less. Buy it from a craft shop.

Simply smear it on your nose and chin, wait for it to dry, and then peel it off. As the glue lifts away, it adheres to each blackhead and pulls it out.

Kiehl's Skin Strengthening Concentrate

A belated happy birthday to Kiehl's, who celebrated its 165th year recently. In honour of their apothecary beginnings, they have introduced their Apothecary Preparations, exclusively at Arnotts.

Pop in, have a quick consultation and two targeted complexes are individually selected for your skin's needs, accompanied by the Kiehl's Skin Strengthening Concentrate, above, from €32.50. It's essentially a personalised box of skin saviours, designed to target your wrinkles, large pores, and so on.

You don't have to admit them to anyone else, except the Kiehl's staff! Take your prescribed products home, mix them before applying, and wait for the formula to take effect.

On a lovely side note for those in the south, Kiehl's has opened its first store in Cork, in Debenhams on Patrick St. Like!

Michael Kors Wonderlust Eau De Parfum

Nom, nom, nom, nom!

Ooh, excuse me, I'm just busy eating Lily Aldridge!

WTF?!

You see, if you are what you eat, then I reckon eating a Victoria's Secret model is the way to go!

Ha ha ha ha!

I recently met up with Lily, mum to Dixie Pearl and hubby to Caleb Followill of Kings of Leon, backstage at the Victoria's Secret show in Paris.

The busy beauty is also the face of Michael Kors Wonderlust Eau De Parfum, €59.

Go and look up the campaign - it was photographed on a yacht in Greece by Mario Testino. It's very chic as it was "inspired by the jet-set lifestyle . . . for the woman with an infinite desire for adventure, romance and discovery".

Yes, super luxe. But back to the 'juice', as beauty peeps say.The blend of floral blossoms and irresistible spicy notes, takes you away from the dreary reality of your own life and almost convinces you that you are somewhere exotic and decadent.

Definitely magic in a bottle when you're facing a heinous Monday morning, and you don't happen to be a supermodel!

Satinique Limited Edition Hair Oil Serum

You know it's been a long, cold winter when you have split ends on your hairy legs! Ha ha!

There comes a point where conditioner simply won't bring hair - on your head - back to life, and it's time to bring in the big guns. Satinique Limited Edition Hair Oil Serum, abovet, €22.33, can be put through wet or dry hair to refresh it with argan and avocado oils for silky, cooperative strands.
