Choosing a leather sofa -- Roy Mooney's four top tips
Ask if it is natural or imitation grain. If they don't know, walk away.
Ask to see a sample leather swatch. It should be available and the back and front should match in colour.
Look at the back and side panels: If it's real grain, the panels will be small; large panels indicate it is not natural.
Consider price: You can only get what you pay for and full grain leather sofas don't come cheap.
