Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss shook off any post-Christmas sloth by going on a sun-soaked holiday to Brazil.
The catwalk queens frolicked in the sea and walked the beaches near Trancoso, a former fishing village on Brazil's Bahia coast.
Trancoso is famous for its white-sand beaches which are usually semi-deserted, and include Praia dos Nativos, Praia dos Coqueiros and Praia do Espelho.
It's also known for its laid-back atmosphere, a place where shops don't open until the afternoon because everyone is at the beach.
Its simple, rustic charm is fast making it a hit with monied Europeans who want to get away from it all, and go back to basics.
Rio de Janeiro painter Eduardo Garcia is quoted as saying; "Trancoso is where rich people from Sao Paulo go to pretend they're poor."
The average temperature in Trancoso for January, February and March is 30 degrees Celsius, should you fancy a tan.
