Scary examples of dark travel that need highlighting

It is no surprise that we are driving longer in the dark. We also seem to be walking and cycling more in the dark too.

And with that comes obvious dangers about which I am not going to state the obvious.

It’s just that two snapshots this past week worried.

The first was a car being driven without lights of any sort. It was a lit-up area but lights were still needed. The second was a man running path-and-road side in black. The consequences of this don’t bear thinking about.
