PEUGEOT is bringing in a special Family edition on its seven-seater 5008 (pictured below).

You can have a 1.6-litre HDi 6-spd manual or Ecomatique and the car costs from €31,695, with delivery-related charges extra.

The new version is based on the current Active model but gains extra equipment.

Standard equipment now includes panoramic roof, roof bars, two DVD screens in back of headrests and Bluetooth headphones.

Peugeot now has a five-year warranty on their new cars.

Toyota donates cars to charities

IRISH Dogs for the Disabled and St Ultans in Cherry Orchard, Dublin will get new Toyotas.

This is part of the company's 2013 'Cars for Good' programme. So far, Toyota has given more than €80,000 worth of vehicles to charity since the programme began in 2012. The two organisations will each get a vehicle up to the value of €20,000. They can then raffle the car to raise funds if they so choose or register them for everyday needs.
