my side of the road

I've lost a fortune in cars over the years. Only last week I fear €1.50 disappeared. Sorry, I'm being a bit disingenuous, but I can't go to dig out a few coins for a toll or a paper or cup of tea (I'm off coffee) without some of them plunging to their deaths down between the seats, handbrake lever or the labyrinthine layers of seat mountings where you could lose a finger in attempting to extricate a euro.

Seriously, two coins disappeared into the handbrake slot last week and I haven't a clue of their value or location.

Have you come across this and how do you get your money back?
