Used-car sales surging too, figures show
USED-CAR sales are soaring - with more than 300,000 changing hands in the first quarter of the year. That is 11pc up on the corresponding period for 2014.
The figures have been compiled by vehicle history experts Cartell.ie and show there were 303,750 used-vehicle transactions (including imports).
