Narrow roads pose own risk
I WAS driving down the country recently along fairly narrow byways with the grass verges appearing to make them even narrower.
But what made me feel a bit uneasy was how oncoming traffic didn’t appear to want to pull over too much, forcing me to stop a few times to make sure there wasn’t an accident.
Was it because those drivers, mostly local, were surer of the lateral space? I don’t know but it is worth noting if you’re driving such roads.
