Can you recommend car models with higher seating for my back issues?

I find the seats in my 162 Ford Fiesta too low for getting in and out of; I have a serious back problem. Only do 10,000km; Budget €20,000 to include trade-in. Can you advise other models with higher seating for entry?
Aidan: Ford updated its EcoSport so consider a 1-litre Ecoboost Titanium model. Also look at the SEAT Arona; the 1-litre petrol Xcellence model will leave you with loads of spare change (and you get rear-view camera, park assist, parking sensors). Both cars should be tall enough for you.
Eddie: I wouldn't favour the EcoSport at all. The Arona? Yes. Dacia Duster? Yes
