DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama presents Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro (The Marriage of Figaro), about the dangerous liaisons conducted by those in the Almaviva household, in The Gleeson Theatre, DIT Kevin Street, from Tuesday February 16 to Saturday February 20.

Conductor is Killian Farrell.


Screenwriter David Hare was twice nominated for Oscars for his adapted screenplays on The Hours and The Reader. He will be in interview in the IFI, Temple Bar, on Saturday, February 20, 3pm, as part of the Audi Dublin International Film Festival.


BEES! is a fun-filled musical show for ages 6+ filled with buzzing and songs, dancing and flying. Children learn lots about bees along the way, such as there are 20,000 different types of bees. It runs at The Ark, Temple Bar, every Saturday and Sunday until March 13 at 2pm & 4pm.


Juno and the Paycock, by Sean O'Casey, and directed by Ger Fitzgibbon, runs at The Everyman, Cork, until Saturday February 20, 8pm. It's about the Boyles: a drunken father; a ferociously loyal mother; a wounded son; and a daughter with "notions". Stars Michael Sands, Regina Crowley, Jack Healy, George Hanover, and Fionula Linehan.


Irish pianist John O'Conor has earned a worldwide reputation as a masterful interpreter of the classic and early-romantic repertoires. He has performed with many of the world's leading orchestras and toured the world in recital and concerto appearances. He'll give a recital at the Pavilion Theatre, Dun Laoghaire, on Saturday February 20, 8pm.
