In The Making, the inaugural exhibition of Irish Design 2015, is running in The Coach House, Dublin Castle, and is a touring exhibition from the Design Museum, London, celebrating the beauty of the production process, until March 17. www.irishdesign2015.ie


A screening of director Lenny Abrahamson's offbeat comedy about a wannabe musician, Frank, and starring Michael Fassbender, will be followed by a panel discussion including composer Stephen Rennicks, at the Pavilion Theatre, Dun Laoghaire, next Tuesday January 6, 8pm. www.paviliontheatre.ie
