New launch at Brighton Wood scheme in upmarket Foxrock
Brighton Wood in Foxrock originally launched in early 2018, on Brighton Road in the heart of Foxrock Village, 600 metres from the village centre.

This weekend sees the launch of a new house type and show house from this development, which to date has seen approximately 39 sales, with 25 families already in situ.
The Hazel is a four-bedroom unit, which comes as a semi-detached, mid-terrace, and end-of-terrace style.
Set over three levels, it varies in size from approximately 151sqm, to 152sqm, and is priced from €845,000.
A new block of apartments is also being launched: four two-bedroom units and one three-bedroom penthouse unit.
Sizes vary from 105.1sqm-107.1sqm for the two-bedroom units, to approximately 159.7sqm for the penthouse unit. Apartment units are priced from €675,000.

Clonlara aims at trade-up buyers
The next phase of Cork development Clonlara, in Kerry Pike, launched yesterday with 20 new units being released to the market.
This site will include 144 homes: nine different house styles including three- and four-bed semi-detached units and six types of four-bedroom detached homes. Four fully-fitted show houses are now available to view.
The development has been predominantly of interest to first-time buyers, however this latest launch includes two new large detached four-bedroom house styles, expected to be of interest to trade-up purchasers.
The Sycamore, one of these styles, includes a sheltered garden room suitable for dining and entertaining in warmer months. These units, which are sized from approximately 192sqm, are priced from €500,000.
The Elm, the second new house style, is sized from approximately 167sqm. All units of this type have south-facing rear gardens and are priced from €465,000.
This phase also sees the release of three-bed semi-detached units, priced from €315,000, four-bed semi-detached units, priced from €365,000 and four-bed detached units, from €420,000.
