The 400 sq ft floored attics at Westfield, a development off Leixlip's Easton Road, have been virtually staged as large home offices to demonstrate the potential of an attic conversion to buyers working from home.
The scheme, which is being developed by Killross Properties, was first launched in 2018 and will comprise 195 properties when it's finished. The final section of Westfield, called The Rise, has just been released and consists of 18 properties, most of which are south-facing houses.
The majority of these homes are three-beds from the Louisa style, which spans 1,453 sq ft and costs from €435,000. Also for sale are four-bed semi-detached houses that are priced from €465,000, while a south-facing four-bed semi is selling for €485,000.
The Louisa house type has a full-brick façade, a walled garden to the rear, and a paved front driveway with soft landscaping.
The A3-rated houses at Westfield are close to Junction 6 of the M4 motorway and to the Intel plant, the town's main employer. Viewings are by appointment.
