The Apartments, Robswall, Malahide, Co Dublin
On a clear day at Robswall, a semi-circular residential estate perched on the curve from Malahide to Portmarnock, residents can see as far as Ireland's Eye to the south.
A scheme of apartments and houses was built during the boom by Gerry Gannon's Gannon Homes, but ceased during the crash. Nine acres with planning for more homes were eventually sold to Hollybrook Homes.
Hollybrook Homes has now put up 25 apartments and penthouses for sale this weekend. Prices will start at €440,000 for a two-bed apartment and at €675,000 for a two-bed duplex penthouse. Sizes range from 947 sq ft to 1,216 sq ft for the apartments and go up to 1,927 sq ft for a penthouse.
The brick-fronted buildings have glazed patio doors to the balconies and terraces. Inside, the individually designed kitchens feature soft-close doors and branded integrated appliances.
Extra interior finishes include timber flooring to the hall, kitchen and living room. Each of the A-rated homes has a boiler for gas-fired central heating.
Dublin Bus and the Dart bring commuters the 19km-journey into Dublin city centre. Two show apartments will be on view tomorrow and Sunday, from 11am to 1pm. Enquiries to: Knight Frank (01) 634 2466
