Abbot's Grove Park, the third phase of three and four-bed homes at Abbot's Grove on the outskirts of Knocklyon, is a mid-priced development on an elevated 7ac site that has views across the city.
After the sell-out of the first two phases of the 88-unit development, which is located on Stocking Avenue and launched in September, the developer is releasing a further 15 homes.
The latest release includes a new house type at Abbot's Grove called The Nore, the only four-bed semi-detached dwelling on the site. It measures 1,441 sq ft, has a full-brick façade and costs from €455,000 to €460,000.
The new tranche, which is still under construction, will also feature existing house types at Abbot's Grove, including The Dargle, a three-bed that comes as a semi-detached or detached, with prices starting at €410,000. Also among the latest release is The Bandon, a three-bed, 1,197 sq ft semi-detached home priced from €410,000, and The Foyle, a four-bed detached property spread out over 1,510 sq ft that is priced from €475,000.
The south Dublin scheme is being built by Winterbrook, the company led by Francis Rhatigan that was behind the nearby Dalriada estate.
Each house in the DDA Architects-designed scheme has landscaped gardens and two designated parking spaces. The A-rated UPVC double-glazed windows and patio doors are from Munster Joinery.
Inside, there is a contemporary-style kitchen with worktops and upstands, fitted classic shaker-style wardrobes in each bedroom, and Twyford sanitary ware with heated towel rails in the bathroom.
Each of the A-rated homes at Abbot's Grove Park has a heat recovery ventilation system, PV panels to generate electricity and a Climote system to control the gas central heating.
The showhouses are on view tomorrow and Sunday from 12pm-2pm.
