Naas was the Eircode area with the most new homes built in 2019, with 829 dwellings completed in the Co Kildare commuter town compared to 300 for all of Dublin 1 and 2, a recent Central Statistics Office report showed.
Among the developers contributing to Naas's housing boom is Cairn Homes, which is building Oak Park and Elsmore on the outskirts of the town.
Cairn launched Elsmore off the plans in 2017, with showhouses following in 2018, and is now selling the final 12 four-bed semi-detached houses.
Prices start at €349,950, with sizes ranging from 1,399 sq ft to 1,695 sq ft.
The exteriors have a full-brick façade, with a grey door to the recessed porch and natural Portuguese limestone to the surrounds and sills of the UPVC high-performance windows.
Internally, there is a contemporary-style kitchen, a separate utility room, and fitted wardrobes in the double bedrooms. The houses have an A3 energy rating.
Elsmore is less than a 10-minute drive from the Sallins/Naas train station, with the rail journey to Heuston Station taking about 20 minutes.
Commuters can also get the Luas from Saggart, a 20-minute drive away in light traffic, or use the N7 to reach the M50.
Viewings at Elsmore are by appointment.
