Traditional with a twist for first timers
Belltree, Clongriffin, Dublin 13
Belltree, a Gannon Homes development near a Dart station in the north Dublin suburb of Clongriffin, is pitched at first-time buyers seeking homes within an easy commute to the city centre.
The scheme is located off the Hole-in-the-Wall Road, about a one-minute walk from the 65-ac Father Collins Park, which has a lake, running tracks, playing pitches and a skate park. Some 190 properties have been sold at the development since it was initially launched in 2015.
This weekend the selling agents are releasing a further 27 three-bed homes at Belltree, with sizes varying from 1,216 sq ft to 1,506 sq ft. There are three different house styles available in the tranche, with prices starting at €350,000 for a terraced townhouse and at €370,000 for an end-of-terrace or semi-detached three-bed.
The brick and render-fronted homes, designed by Conroy Crowe Kelly Architects, may be traditional in appearance but have a modern twist, both inside and out. The kitchens are fitted with contemporary-style units and feature extensive tiling.
All the bathrooms and ensuites come with sanitary ware, pumped showers, and wall and floor tiling. There is a private garden to the rear each house.
The properties have an A3 BER.
Belltree is just a five-minute walk from the Clongriffin Dart station, from where the rail service to Connolly Station takes 17 minutes. There is also a terminus for the number 15 bus route at Clongriffin that leaves every 10 to 15 minutes.
The three showhouses at Belltree will be on view tomorrow and Sunday, from 11am to 1pm.
