For years, developers Carroll Estates and CE Cladewell have been buying sites and applying for planning permission together, before dividing up each site for their own separate residential schemes.
In Malahide, the two companies built Hazelbrook and Castleway at Kinsealy Lane, before moving to a nearby site off the leafy Back Road for Ashwood Hall, their next joint project.
At the Back Road, opposite the entrance to the 12th-century Malahide Castle and its 268-acre grounds, Carroll Estates was the first to launch homes at Ashwood Hall back in June 2018. CE Cladewell Estates followed up in early March, with its release of 10 four-bed semi-detached houses.
There are now two semis still for sale at the latter tranche of homes. Each one measures 1,595 sq ft and is priced from €775,000 and €785,000, respectively.
The traditional-style houses have a combination of render and heritage-style redbrick to the façades. There is Rivendale slate to the roof and granite to the reveals of the front alu-clad windows. To the rear, a three-pane sliding door opens from the kitchen/dining/living space to a granite patio. Buyers have a choice of five colours for the BeSpace kitchen, which is fitted with handle-less units.
The Ashwood Hall showhouse will be open for viewings from 2pm to 4pm tomorrow and Sunday.
