Tiger era Trimbleston gets a new lease of life
Goatstown, Dublin 14
Asking price: From €495,000
Agent: Sherry FitzGerald New Homes (01) 667 1888
When Sorohan Brothers launched Trimbleston on the Goatstown Road during the Celtic Tiger, prices started at €550,000 for a two-bed apartment. Now the development is poised to enjoy a new lease of life with the release of a long-awaited second phase, albeit at prices a tad lower than during the boom.
Last weekend, Sorohan released 38 apartments at the 13-acre landscaped site. When finished, there will be 113 homes, including 18 houses. The one-bed apartments range in size from 550 sq ft to 607 sq ft and cost from €395,000, while the two-beds have between 734 sq ft and 931 sq ft of space and are priced from €495,000. Also available are two and three-bed penthouses costing from €675,000 and ranging in size from 762 sq ft to 1,803 sq ft.
Some of the apartments command views of Dublin Bay and Howth. Trimbleston is just a short walk from the Goat Bar & Grill at Goatstown Cross and is close to Deerpark. Dublin city centre is only 9km away.
Viewings are on Tuesday and Thursday, from 2pm-4pm, and can be arranged by appointment.
