Agent: DNG Doyle, (045) 874795 or DNG New Homes, (01) 491 2600
Castle Farm is so named because it's located near the ruins of Jigginstown Castle, in the eponymous Jigginstown area of Naas.
Ardstone Homes launched Castle Farm in March 2018, with 180 properties earmarked for the site. Now Ardstone Homes is reaching the final hurdle at the scheme, with the last phase of 25 two, three and four-bed homes going on the market at Castle Farm last weekend.
Prices start at €290,000 for a two-bed end-of-terrace house, at €305,000 for a mid-terraced three-bed style, at €320,000 for an end-of-terrace three-bed, and at €340,000 for a three-bed semi-detached design. The four-beds range in price from €380,000 for a semi-detached style to €450,000 for a detached home.
The façades of the houses are finished either in a full brick or in partial-brick with render, depending on the style selected.
All the homes feature a fitted bespoke kitchen from Fitzgerald Kitchens, with a stone-effect worktop, integrated appliances and a separate utility room.
The A3-rated homes are 1km from the centre of Naas, 5km from the Sallins/Naas train station, and 2km from access to the M7 motorway.
Viewings of Castle Farm's four showhouses will continue tomorrow and Sunday, from 12pm to 2pm.
