'Sycamore' house at foothills of mountains
Stepaside Park Stepaside, Dublin 18
Asking price: From €645,000
Agent: Sherry FitzGerald New Homes (01) 6671888
Two and three-storey properties make up the newest section of Stepaside Park, a development at the foothills of the Dublin Mountains that's close to the eponymous Stepaside village.
The McGarrell Reilly Group built the first section of Stepaside Park between the 1990s and 2004 and returned to the site in 2016 to launch the first of 46 new A3-rated detached homes.
While all the three-storey, five-bed houses at Stepaside Park have been reserved, the last four four-bed detached homes are still available. A new showhouse, fitted out by Arlene McIntyre of Ventura Design, opened at the scheme last month to market the remaining properties, and an on-site playground is due to open soon. Starting prices for the four-beds range from €645,000 for the showhouse (excluding the contents) to €650,000, with sizes going from 1,435 to 1,593 sq ft.
The brick-and-render finished showhouse is from the Sycamore house type, which has a living room with a bay window up front, and a large kitchen-diner with a separate utility room.
Commuters have access to the M50 ring road and the N11. Viewings at Stepaside Park are by appointment.
