Riversdale Mews, an enclave of three contemporary-style homes off Kimmage Road Lower, was named after Riversdale Grove, a neighbouring cul-de-sac of part-redbrick period properties.
The new development is part of the 6W Collection of schemes in the Dublin 6W postcode that is being built by Seabren Developments, which is led by Michael Moran, a director of the hospitality group behind the Red Cow Moral Hotel, and Johnny O'Loughlin.
Each of the trio of three-bed houses at Riversdale Mews measures 1,259 sq ft and costs from €610,000. Designed by OC Architects, the homes have a render façade, a paved driveway with parking for two cars, triple-glazed alu-clad windows, a hardwood front door, and a large lift-and-slide patio door to the rear that opens onto a sandstone patio and garden.
Internally, the kitchen is also in a contemporary style, with handle-less handmade units and Minerva quartz worktops and splashbacks. The bedroom wardrobes also have a handle-less design, and there is bespoke cabinetry and Italian porcelain tiling in the bathrooms.
The A3-rated homes are just 4km from St Stephen's Green.
The showhouse will be on view at Riversale Mews for the first time tomorrow, from 1pm to 2.30pm.
