Sky’s the limit at new three and four-bed homes in Portmarnock

Skylark, St Marnock’s Bay, Portmarnock, Co Dublin Agent: Savills (01) 6181772

Skylark is the latest in a series of developments at St Marnock’s Bay in Portmarnock, where the first homes were launched in February 2017. Built by Quintain and designed by BKD Architects, the interest is sure to be strong with families who long to live by the sea.

There is a mix of three and four-bed homes coming on this weekend in this phase. There are semi-detached, terraced and end-of-terrace options in the three-beds range, with a floor area from 1,259sq ft in size to 1,320sq ft, priced from €520,000.

The four-beds are either semi-detached or end-of-terrace, and go from 1,420sq ft to 1,565sq ft in size, with prices for these starting at €650,000.

The spec is high, with kitchens from Kube and bathroom sanitary ware by Ideal Standard. There are nice design touches like wall panelling up the stairs and handleless wardrobes by BeSpace in all bedrooms.

Skylark is a three-minute walk to the Dart station, which takes you into the city in one direction or to neighbouring Malahide in the other. Portmarnock is also on the main Dublin to Belfast rail route. Viewing is by appointment only through Savills.
