Camberley Mews is one of just a handful of new schemes in the middle-class south Dublin village of Churchtown.
The nine-unit scheme is located just off Churchtown Road Upper, beside the 1990s-built Camberley Oaks estate and near the new branch of the trendy Union Café.
The scheme of houses and apartments is being developed by Homeland Projects and was launched in the autumn. While the development's two-bed house, two-bed apartment and three-bed duplex have all been sold, three of the six terraced four-bed houses are still available. Each one has 1,834 sq ft of living space extending over three floors and is priced from €730,000.
There are higher-than-standard ceilings to the ground floor and first floor. The custom-designed fitted kitchen from Cawleys Furniture comes with painted wooden doors, a quartz countertop and splashback, appliances, tiling, and an island unit.
Cawleys also supplied the built-in wardrobes to all four bedrooms. The bathrooms and ensuites are fitted with heated towel rails. In the ensuites, each shower comes with chrome fittings and a large rain-style showerhead.
Passive house principles were adopted in the building of the houses, which also come with an A3 BER. Viewings at Camberley Mews are by appointment.
