Asking price: From €355,000
Agent: Knight Frank New Homes (01) 634 2466
Glenveagh Taylor Hill, a development in the north Co Dublin seaside town of Balbriggan, is named after its developer, Glenveagh Properties and the Taylor family, who owned the town's Ardgillan Castle for more than 200 years.
Taylor Hill, which is situated at the western edge of the one-time fishing town, was designed to appeal to first-time buyers who commute and families. The scheme, which launched off the plans in February 2018, still has six four-bed homes for sale in its current phase, including two show-units fitted out by House & Garden Furnishings.
Prices for the four-beds start at €355,000 for a semi-detached style and at €395,000 for the detached design. The semi-detached showhouse is priced from €399,000, while the detached showhouse costs from €450,000, with prices for both homes including the contents.
Each home is fitted with a contemporary-style kitchen from Gallagher Kitchens that comes with soft-close doors, an island unit, and an upstand. Commuters can reach Dublin city centre by rail in 40 minutes from Balbriggan's train station. For motorists, Taylor Hill is a three-minute drive from the M1, which connects onto the M50.
Viewings will be held from 12.30pm-1.30pm tomorrow.
