As the name suggests, Newpark in Lucan is close to two new planned parks, namely Airlie Park and Tandy's Lane Park.
The scheme is amongst a slew of new developments aimed at first-time buyers in Adamstown, Ireland's first planned town since Shannon in the 1960s. May saw the launch of Hallwell, while Castlethorn Construction released St Helen's in Adamstown in 2017 and Alderlie in 2016.
Newpark is being built in the west Dublin town by D|RES, a joint venture formed last year between Durkan Residential and Hudson Advisors Ireland, and was launched off the plans in March. A showhouse opened for the first time last weekend to coincide with the release of the third phase.
Prices for the latest phase of 19 three-bed terraced homes started at €315,000 for the smallest style, which, at 1,025 sq ft, makes it a tad smaller than standard three-bed new-builds. A slightly larger design, spanning 1,062 sq ft, costs from €320,000, while a 1,200-sq ft end-of-terrace type is priced from €345,000. The largest end-of-terrace style has 1,244 sq ft of accommodation and is selling for €345,000.
Newpark is near facilities such as a preschool, primary schools and a community college, while Adamstown train station is a few minutes' walk away.
Viewings will continue tomorrow and Sunday, between 2pm and 4pm.
