First-time buyers renting in locations such as west Dublin booked out all the three-bed semi-detached homes in the first release of Fairfield when it was launched in Dunshaughlin last August.
Since the launch, more than 30 houses at the Kingscroft Developments scheme of three and four-bed semis have gone sale agreed. When it's completed, Fairfield will comprise 94 properties.
In January, Kingscroft released another tranche, and eight homes are still available. One of the houses is the last remaining three-bed semi in the current phase; it spans 1,130 sq ft and is priced from €330,000. The other seven homes are 1,334-sq ft four-bed semis costing from €342,000 to €372,000. The two-storey, four-bed semis have brick facades and double-glazed windows.
