Real entertainment value in Kinsealy

There may not have been too many opportunities for al fresco dining midweek - high winds and hailstones really don't marry well with the good china.

But when Irish weather conditions do improve and the country warms up a little, the buyers of the homes at Emsworth Park in the North County Dublin suburb of Kinsealy will be well-placed to entertain guests outdoors: each of the detached homes has double doors that lead from a living room and the kitchen/dining area on to three granite-paved patios overlooking a lawn.

Indeed, the private gardens at Emsworth Park are larger than the entire indoor area of the four/five bed properties, with each of the remaining homes at the 16-unit enclave coming with 3,230 sq ft of gardens. Emsworth Park is in a quiet location off Kinsealy Lane. The closest Dart station, at Portmarnock, is 2km away, with the average journey to Tara Street Station taking 25 minutes.

The development is 9km from the city centre, via the Malahide Road, and is 2.5km from Malahide Village itself. Dublin Airport is a 10-minute drive.
