Ballinglanna is a scheme of two-, three- and four-bed homes in the Cork commuter town of Glanmire, about 8km from the city centre.
When completed, it will comprise 600 homes, and there is planning permission for a school, a creche, retail units and road upgrades.
A second phase of 30 houses was launched in November. While the two-bed townhouses and three-bed semis have been sold, there are three-bed townhouses, four-bed semis and four-bed detached designs still available.
Prices for three-beds start at €295,000, while the four-bed semis are priced from €380,000 and the detached version costs from €485,000.
There is a slew of facades at Ballinglanna that lends variety to its streetscapes.
The homes have a paved driveway, a fenced garden, and energy-efficient UPVC windows throughout.
Inside, there is a fitted kitchen, wardrobes in two of the bedrooms, and underfloor heating to the ground floor. All of the A-rated homes are wired for smart-home technology.
The showhouses are on view from 12pm to 1pm tomorrow.
