More than 320 homes have been sold in the four-and-a-half years since the launch of Belltree, a scheme of family homes located just a five-minute walk from the Clongriffin Dart station.
Gannon Homes launched the development in autumn 2015 off the Hole-in-the-Wall Road, about a one-minute walk from the 65-ac Father Collins Park, which has a lake, running tracks, pitches and a skate park. Now Belltree is on its final lap, with the release this weekend of its last 25 houses.
Prices in the final tranche of three-bed homes start at €380,000 for a townhouse, at €385,000 for an end-of-terrace design, and at €395,000 for a semi-detached home.
Designed by Conroy Crowe Kelly Architects, each house has a facade finished in render or brick, UPVC windows, and black railings with planting around the paved front driveway. The rear kitchen/diner, which comes with contemporary-style kitchen units, leads out to a private back garden.
Each house was designed to achieve an A3 BER, with the help of an A-rated gas condensing boiler for the central heating and solar panels for a continuous and cheap supply of hot water.
The Dart service from Clongriffin station to Connolly Station takes 17 minutes.
Three showhouses will be on view tomorrow and Sunday, between 11am and 1pm.
