Only four homes in Templeogue development
Fairborne, Templeogue, Dublin 6W
On the western edge of Templeogue, a village that counted poet Austin Clarke and former Taoiseach Liam Cosgrave among its residents, lies an enclave called Fairborne.
The scheme, which is being developed just off the Templeogue Road at Templeville Park, will comprise just four two-storey detached properties around a landscaped garden. Valiant Homes Ltd, the developer, is building a showhouse for Fairborne that will be ready in September.
Each of the four bespoke homes - named The Amelia, The Platinum, The Lincoln and The Eden - have between 1,823 sq ft and 1,920 sq ft of living space spanning three floors.
The block-built properties will have a red-brick finish to all elevations, as well as a feature granite string course and Scandinavian-style double-glazed windows. Each house will have a custom-designed fitted kitchen with high-end appliances and quartz countertops. A sealed feature gas fire will form the centrepiece of the living room. The bathrooms will be tiled and equipped with polished chrome fittings.
All the homes at Fairborne will have an A2 BER, thanks to energy-efficient features such as three-zone controls for the gas-fired central heating system, a heat recovery ventilation system, and PV panels on the roof to generate extra electricity.
The development is 7km from centre of Dublin.
