On the right track for future expansion
Wilkin's Court, Walkinstown, D12
Buyers of the three-bed homes among the latest tranche at Wilkin's Court in Walkinstown will have plenty of room to improve - some of them come with attics ripe for conversion into a third floor, which could then be used for a study, subject to planning permission.
The development of 61 two-, three- and four-bed houses, duplexes and apartments, which first went on the market in October, is aimed at mid-market house-hunters. It's situated off Limekiln Lane, next door to St Paul's Secondary School and The Church of The Holy Spirit.
Last weekend saw the release of a new phase at Wilkin's Court, consisting of 18 two-, three- and four-bed homes. Prices start at €370,000 for an 858-sq ft apartment and at €435,000 for a duplex spanning 1,302 sq ft. Prices for the three-bed houses start at €465,000 for a mid-terrace style and go up to €485,000 for a 1,310-sq ft semi-detached home. Four-beds range in price from €560,000 for an end-of-terrace to a semi-detached 1,516 sq ft style from €575,000.
The façades are a mix of brick and render, with a slate canopy over a green front door.
Inside, the fitted kitchen is custom-designed and comes with a breakfast bar and integrated appliances. The A3-rated homes are served by the Luas red line.
Showhouses will be on view tomorrow and Sunday, from 2pm to 4pm. Enquiries to: Sherry FitzGerald New Homes (01) 6671888.
