Homes at Ivy Lodge, just off on the Swords Road in Malahide, have just gone on the market, with prices ranging from €865,000 for a four-bed to €980,000 for a five-bed. Each of the three-storey homes has a bespoke kitchen hand-painted in Farrow & Ball colours and fitted with Carrara marble countertops. The bathrooms are also fully tiled in Carrara marble.

Elsewhere in Malahide, 16 four-bed houses are poised to be released this autumn at Waterside, while in nearby Portmarnock, a further 12 homes will be launched at Drumnigh Manor, with prices starting at €530,000 for a three-bed, at €560,000 for a four-bed, and at €650,000 for a five-bed house.

Also in Malahide, the final phase of two-bed apartments has just been released at Hollybrook at Robswall, where two new show-units have opened. Prices for the apartments start at €399,950, while four-bed houses remaining from previous phases are available from €750,000.

In Balbriggan, the second phase of Taylor Hill goes on the market next month, with two, three and four-bed houses for sale. While prices for the second phase haven't been confirmed, prices for the 135 homes in the first phase ranged from €265,000 to €450,000.

In Donabate, the second phase of Semple Woods will be launched tomorrow. More than 250 houses are planned for the entire scheme, which was first released back in April, with 45 homes earmarked for the second phase. The three-beds will be priced from €375,000, while the four-beds will cost from €460,000 and the five-beds will be selling for €580,000.

In Swords, a new phase of 20 two, three, and four-bed homes has just been launched at Meadowbank, which Gannon Homes is building beside Millers Glen, the scheme it released back in 2014. Prices in the latest tranche at Meadowbank start at €297,500 for a two-bed townhouse, at €355,000 for a three-bed home, at €430,000 for an end-of-terrace four-bed, and at €450,000 for a three-storey semi-detached four-bed. Each house comes with a fitted contemporary-style handleless kitchen from QK Living. The Millers Glen Village Centre is also under construction and due to be completed by year-end.
