A combination of commuters from Dublin and local buyers has driven demand for homes at Cois Glaisín, a development in the Navan suburb of Johnstown, 40km from Dublin city centre.
The Co Meath scheme, the name of which translates as "beside the stream", will eventually comprise some 350 properties with.
Twenty three homes are going on the market this weekend, with prices starting at €225,000 for a two-bed, at €255,000 for a three-bed, and at €305,000 for a four-bed.
