More bang for your buck in Hazelwood
Hazelwood, Celbridge, Co Kildare
Hazelwood, a residential development in Celbridge that's just a few minutes' walk from Hazelhatch Train Station, is proving popular with buyers seeking more bang for their buck within a 25-minute rail journey from Dublin.
The final phase at Hazelwood, built by Careys New Homes, is being released tomorrow. This last tranche is made up of 14 four-bed semi-detached houses laid out over three floors. There are two house styles available within the tranche: type E measures 1,560 sq ft and costs from €395,000, while the larger D type has 1,906 sq ft of space and costs from €462,500.
Both house types have a brick façade and a dormer window from the top floor, with a render finish to the side and rear. There is a cobble-lock driveway for off-street parking out front and a large garden out back. Inside, the fitted kitchens and bedroom wardrobes come from Kitchen Elegance.
The Hazelwood houses have an A BER courtesy of features such as a gas-condensing boiler, PV panels that generate electricity and heat domestic water, and Carlson windows and external doors with low u-values to minimise heat loss.
Celbridge is just off the M4 motorway, giving it direct access to the rest of the country, the M50 and Dublin City Centre.
Hazelwood is on view tomorrow and Sunday, between 2pm-4pm.
