Maximum views from Struan Glen
Struan Glen, Kilternan, Dublin 18
Kilternan, a semi-rural village on the foothills of the Dublin Mountains that's known for being home to the country's only dry ski slopes, is characterised by low-density dwellings with large open spaces.
Struan Glen, a boutique scheme off the Enniskerry Road with just 11 four-bed homes, was launched at Kilternan at the start of 2016, with the last phase of four homes released in January. Just three houses remain, two of which measure 1,850 sq ft and are selling for €720,000, while the third house, which is larger with a floor area of 2,200 sq ft, costs from €785,000.
Built by Stoneville Developments, each of the detached properties have been individually designed and have a blend of classic and contemporary features.
The four-beds are laid out over three floors to maximise the views of the surrounding area. The development is 14km from Dublin City centre and open viewings at Struan Glen are held every Saturday, from 12pm-1pm.
