Castlebrook Manor Castletroy, Limerick
Asking price: From €285,000
Agent: Sherry FitzGerald Limerick (061) 418000
The once-rural village of Castletroy, now a fast-growing northern suburb of Limerick city, was transformed by the development of the University of Limerick campus and by the more recent opening of the M7 motorway to Dublin.
Contributing to the expansion of the suburb is Castlebrook Manor, a scheme of 150 homes that is being built by Lioncor Developments, the company behind Condor in Killiney and The Nurseries in Dundrum.
A new three-bed semi-detached showhouse, fitted out by Ventura Design, will open this weekend to coincide with the release of the second phase of 30 houses at Castlebrook Manor, which first launched in October. Prices start at €285,000 for a three-bed terraced style, at €295,000 for a three-bed semi, and at €330,000 for a four-bed home.
The front exteriors of the A-rated homes feature both brickwork and render. Inside, there is a contemporary-style kitchen from KM Kitchens, fitted wardrobes in two of the bedrooms, and floor and wall tiling to the bathrooms and ensuites. The A-rated homes are equipped with an air-source heat pump for the heating and hot water.
Viewings of the showhouses at Castlebrook Manor will take place tomorrow and Sunday, between 11am and 1pm.
